Your Tasks
  • You are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process from fresh career starters to seasoned executives.
  • As experienced expert, you provide guidance to our hiring managers, collaborating closely with them and the HR Business Partners to define and execute effective recruiting strategies that you will validate against data.
  • Relying on a mere "post-and-pray" approach has never been satisfying for you.
  • Proactively tapping into other national and international channels, active sourcing platforms and leveraging your vast network, you scout for the finest talents.
  • Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to initiate projects, bringing your innovative ideas and the latest trends to life in the world of recruiting.
Your Profile
  • University degree in economics, psychology, or a related field under your belt, you boast several years of experience in the recruitment realm.
  • You have proven yourself to be a competent and assertive consultant in your specialist area.
  • You are experienced in recruitment marketing and recruiting analytics.
  • You like to work data-driven and possess a deep interest in HR tech.
  • Fluent in English you navigate international recruitment with confidence.
