Responsibilities

The IT Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, adherence to governance standards, and timely execution. This role acts as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes and fosters collaboration across technical and business teams.

The R&D Corporate Solutions Delivery lead will be accountable for the successful delivery of R&D's Supplier Management programs (Material Qualification, Supplier Quality Assurance) with two SaaS Solution Vendors.

Your Impact

As Enterprise Solutions Sr Manager your scope would consist of:

• Project Delivery Management
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Governance & Methodology
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies for project execution.
  • Monitor sprint commitments and facilitate key ceremonies.
• Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
  • Escalate decisions related to scope, schedule, and resources when necessary.
• Quality Assurance
  • Review solution designs, SIT/UAT test cases, and ensure defect‑free deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Vendor & Team Leadership
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, ITIL) preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery or service management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow.
