- Digital experience in Tiktok of 5 A approach
- 经验,熟悉抖音的5A 漏斗逻辑, 操盘过抖音营销矩阵和达人直播矩阵的管理
- Experience in other Ecommerice platform of media or content or marketing activity plan
- Experienced in NPD introductions on EC platform, 8 years and above.
- ,至少有8年相关的工作经验;
- Experienced in budget and spending plan on EC platform, with continued ROI improvement
- Experience in other digital activities on social like RED, Bilibili or wechat private domain is a plus
具备红书或B站或者微信私域的经验加分

- Drive outbound marketing activities to be ROI driven to support EC sell out
- E2E 落地以ROI 为前提获取最大产出
- Collaborate with local RA, Quality, local product marketing, and brand marketing team to ensure Channel, KOL, Consumer feedback
- Support where is needed in relation to digital activation and content creation
