We are seeking a high-performing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our U.S. operations remotely from Mexico.

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergencies. This role is critical to our success and requires excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You will handle inbound calls, gather essential information, dispatch crews, manage schedules, and ensure customers feel supported during stressful situations.

⚠️ English fluency is REQUIRED (spoken and written). This is not optional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers in English (Spanish a plus)
  • Gather accurate information and assess customer needs
  • Dispatch technicians, vehicles, and equipment efficiently
  • Manage daily and weekly schedules
  • Coordinate resources and adjust schedules in real time
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow company procedures, scripts, and communication standards
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in dispatch, customer service, or call center roles
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or emergency services
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • On-call availability may be required
  • Occasional weekends or holidays, depending on operations
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $6.00 – $9.00 USD (based on experience and performance)
