We are seeking a high-performing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our U.S. operations remotely from Mexico.
As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergencies. This role is critical to our success and requires excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
You will handle inbound calls, gather essential information, dispatch crews, manage schedules, and ensure customers feel supported during stressful situations.
⚠️ English fluency is REQUIRED (spoken and written). This is not optional.
