Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Business Partner to drive process innovation and system enhancements across Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group North America Global Supply Chain. This role will serve as the key interface between business teams and IT, leading digital transformation initiatives, enabling process improvements, and ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong supply chain expertise with digital solution design experience, leveraging technology and AI to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• As the interface for the ISG DT team, maintainclose contact and communication with the NA ISG GSC business and management team.
• Lead and participatein NA ISG DT and IT projects.
• SupportGlobal Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design.
• Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
• Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain,Operations,IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services.
• 3+years of experience in global chain projectswith a track recordof deliveryprocess orsystem improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identifybusiness process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
• Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
