About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist who can confidently manage multiple channels, campaigns, and client accounts. This role is perfect for someone with 3 years of experience who's hungry to grow, highly proactive, and able to execute across SEO, paid ads, outbound email, and social media. You should be comfortable managing day‑to‑day tasks, optimizing performance, and providing clear reporting.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Execute and optimize SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, keyword research, tracking).
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for campaign updates and deliverables.
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook / Instagram), including audience targeting, creatives, and performance tracking.
Email Marketing & Outbound Outreach
- Responsible for managing outbound email outreach using email warm‑up software.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and campaign goals.
- Craft effective cold email sequences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Warm up domains and sending accounts to protect deliverability and maintain high inbox placement.
- Monitor outreach performance, analyze deliverability, and troubleshoot inbox placement issues.
- Continuously improve messaging, subject lines, and campaign structure through testing and analytics.
- Manage and optimize warm, cold, and automated flows using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Content & Social Media
- Create and schedule social media content across major platforms.
- Assist in building content calendars and engagement strategies.
- Monitor social performance and suggest improvements.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance across all channels and provide weekly / monthly reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, wins, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure all deliverables are executed on time with strong attention to detail.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong email marketing skills, including outbound email strategy, sequencing, and deliverability best practices.
- Experience using email warm‑up platforms and outreach tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, “get‑it‑done” mindset.
- Comfortable building reports and explaining results to clients.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CRM tools.
