We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of webinar programs and digital campaign activations across Latin America (focus on Spanish Speaking countries), with a focus on pipeline impact and sales support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating across teams, and brings strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish—both written and verbal.
You’ll own programs from planning to execution, ensuring every activity you run drives engagement, supports the Go-to-Market and Sales teams, and contributes to our client’s pipeline and revenue goals.
How You Will Make An Impact Every Day
- Own the full lifecycle of webinars across the region—building promotional plans, managing execution, and optimizing for engagement and pipeline conversion.
- Partner closely with the Sales and ADR teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities, account strategies, and quarterly goals.
- Regionalize global campaigns for the Spanish-speaking Americas (including Mexico and South America)—adapting copy, assets, and digital strategy to reflect local nuances and resonate with target audiences.
- Write and edit compelling, audience-centric marketing copy in both English and Spanish across email, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Work cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Product and Solution Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to orchestrate digital programs that scale across multiple channels.
- Manage webinar execution through platforms like Marketo, 6sense, Goldcast and Salesforce, including audience segmentation, lead flow tracking, and reporting.
- Local Event Management: Plan and execute local, high-impact in-person events, executive roundtables, and industry sponsorships in key markets
- Partner Marketing: Work with the Alliances team to incorporate and execute joint marketing initiatives with key regional partners across LATAM.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and campaigns on track and on budget.
- Analyze program results and share insights for all activities across the Americas Growth Marketing team to optimize performance and pipeline contribution.
What You Will Bring to the role
- 3–5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing webinars, and digital campaigns that support pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills—bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Goldcast or other webinar platforms, and campaign reporting best practices.
- A sharp eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable navigating complex matrixed organizations and working with teams across regions and functions.
