A US-based marketing agency is seeking a Digital Ads Manager to lead its ads team and manage digital ad campaigns for clients. Responsibilities include managing paid media, collaborating with the creative team, and optimizing campaign performance. This remote position offers a competitive salary between $1,400 and $1,800 monthly, with a flexible work schedule of M-F, 8-5 EST.

Digital Ads Manager - Remote - US Company

We are a US-based marketing agency that is looking for the next leader of our Ads team!

This role focuses on leading our ads team while also executing paid marketing ads initiatives for your own set of clients through a mix of technical tasks and creative design.

Grow your skills in a collaborative environment where your creativity and technical proficiency drive client campaign success.

Pay will be in USD, between $1,400-$1,800 per month based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management
  • Campaign Setup & Management
  • Assist in launching and managing campaigns on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Configure targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Creative Design: Create ad creatives using Canva.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and assist in A/ B testing ad variants.
  • Performance Monitoring: Support optimization strategies, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Technical & Operational Support: Help maintain integrations between GoHighLevel, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Zoho, and other platforms.
  • Collaboration Tools: Communicate through Slack channels, Google Drive folders, and other platforms to deliver team cohesion and ensure the ads team is working in lockstep with company goals and core values.
Qualifications
  • Strategic Thinking: This role will be the strategic leader of our overall ad delivery, helping our team under the umbrella of our operations department.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to expert Canva skills and familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Unbounce, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Google Docs / Sheets, Trello, and Slack.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative Ability: Excellent design skills and a willingness to collaborate on high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Problem-Solving: Tech-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Experience: Experience in digital ads and marketing is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot and Zoho are a plus.
