A global high-technology company is seeking a Customer Support Trainee in Querétaro, Mexico. Responsabilidades

  • Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
  • Assure that information related to performance is clear and on time.
  • Attend internal and external customer requirements.
  • Participate in performance of Purchase Orders to fulfill KPIs.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and establish action plans.
  • Monitor fulfilment of forecasted demand.
  • Support Traffic and Operations departments.
  • Review technical documentation to meet requirements.
  • Help with the pre-invoice process of Purchase Orders.

Job Description

Customer Support Trainee will support to:

  • Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
  • Assure that the information shared related to the performance of the SHOP is clear and on time
  • Attend internal and external requirements from customers and / or support areas of the SHOP
  • Actively participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fulfil internal KPI's (TAT, SPT).
  • Carry out root cause analysis and establish action plans to satisfy customers' needs
  • Monitor the fulfilment of the forecasted demand from customers
  • Support the Traffic and Operations departments for the good reception and repair of purchase orders
  • Review technical documentation to meet customers requirements
  • Help on the pre invoice process of the Purchase Orders
