Formación

  • Advanced English (C1 level) proficiency is required.

Join Our Team as a Statements & Billing Representative!

We are seeking

Statements & Billing Representatives to become valuable members of our customer service team.

In this role, you will handle billing clarifications while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Manage, process, and resolve billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Address challenging and high-pressure situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and foster retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
  • Assist customers in understanding their statements, charges, and rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1 level).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in a customer service environment, preferably within banking, finance, payments, or related industries.
  • Customer Retention Expertise: Experience in roles requiring basic math and calculation skills.
  • Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a talent for de‑escalating tense situations.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.
  • Skills: Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting experience.
  • Skills: Passion for achieving goals and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies are a plus.
