Formación

  • Must be 18 years of age or older on or before the hire date.
  • Must live in Mexico City.
  • Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.

What you will be doing
  • As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls and chats for assistance regarding their accounts.
  • Adheres to required policies and procedures. Strong communication, time management, and call management skills.

What skills you will need
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2
  • Six months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs
  • Must live in Mexico City
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
  • Must be a creative and analytical problem solverwith a passion for excellent customer service
Qué habilidades necesitarás
  • 18 años de edad en adelante
  • Certificado de bachillerato o su equivalente (GED, High School Diploma)
  • Inglés avanzado (hablado) C1 o C2
  • Experiencia previa de 6 meses en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en call center
  • Habilidad para operar múltiples programas de computadora
  • Necesitas vivir en la CDMX
  • Los candidatos calificados se sentirán cómodos en un entorno de múltiples tareas. Solucionarán problemas de forma creativa y analítica con una pasión por un excelente servicio al cliente.
