A global protective coatings company seeks an Agreements Coordinator in Tultitlan, Mexico, responsible for generating reports, managing customer service, and ensuring process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 1-2 years of experience, speaks fluent English, and possesses advanced Excel skills. Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Review and manage purchase orders for correct process monitoring.
  • Manage national supply clients and international clients.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and KPIs on customer service.
  • Handle order invoicing and after-sales customer service.
  • Create and monitor new agreements for clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and process order delivery.
  • Communicate with customer service, finances, and directors.

PPG Industries : State of Mexico :

The agreements coordinator will be in charge of generating reports, sales analysis, monitoring commercial agreements and process improvements.

You will report directly to the customer service chief.

This position is based in Tultitlan, Estate of Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage purchase orders to ensure correct monitoring of the end-to-end process
  • Management of national supply clients such as PepsiCo, Cimesa, Besco and Samsung Korea as an international direct client.
  • Monthly sales reports, KPIs on customer service offer and proposals for improvement to business development.
  • Order invoicing and after-sales customer service.
  • Responsible for the creation and monitoring of new agreements for our clients.
  • Negotiation of the sale agreements, processing order delivery with logistics and distribution
  • Communication with different areas (customer service, finances, territory leaders, territory managers, directors)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in customer service or responsibilities mention above
  • Advanced level of English to communicate fluently.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Desirable experienced in Oracle
  • Skills: negotiation, customer service, critical thinking, conflict resolution and communication
  • Availability to travel within the state of Mexico
