A prestigious hotel in Nayarit seeks a Culinary Experiences Chef to enhance the brand through unique culinary offerings and lead daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years as a Sous Chef, strong culinary skills, and the ability to speak both Spanish and English. Responsibilities include menu development, managing kitchen staff training, and executing creative culinary proposals. This is a full-time management position with flexible hours, situated in the beautiful oceanfront locale of Bucerias.

Formación

• Full Time Management Position needing flexibility, able to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• 3 years culinary experience in established restaurants and/or catering companies.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Executive Chef on daily operations and creative culinary proposals.
• Lead Culinary Experiences including Beach Grill and Chef In Villa Experience.
• Maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures.
