Descripción del empleo

Support in the implementation, administration, monitoring and follow-up of Asset Management’s corporate debt strategies and portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the relationship with external research departments, consultants, issuers’ investor relations areas, intermediaries and/or rating agencies.
• Participation in public forums for analysis and debt issues (roadshows).
• Perform timely and quality credit analysis as per the renewal schedule, or as required by market opportunities.
• Recommend to the Credit Committee transactions approvals after their respective credit analysis.
• Review the credit portfolio risk and exposure on a recurrent basis and commit to possess updated knowledge on the financial health of the issuers within the corporate portfolio.
• Close monitoring of portfolio providing timely notifications on any probable risks that could have an impact on the financial health of any of the corporate issuers within the AUMs.
• Elaboration of financial projections and ESG assessments.

• Coordination of joint activities for project implementation.
• Efficient process designs in conjunction with other areas.
• Follow-up on the development of activities in the implementation of processes.

Functional Knowledge

• Degree in Economics / Administration / Finance / Actuary / Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in credit analysis (3-5 years).
• Knowledge of mathematics, financial markets, statistics and economics.
• Knowledge of corporate banking/investment banking.
• Management of accounting and administrative bases.
• English 100% (oral/verbal/written).
• Master’s degree in related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in credit rating agency is a plus.
