Formación

• Basic knowledge of Corporate Card and BTA products or Corporate GNA processes.
• Strong customer focus and ability to identify customers’ needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in building relationships with customers.
• Strong change management skills and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Capture application forms over the phone with clients.
• Process underwriting requests and company account setup.
• Provide premium customer service to clients.
• Monitor billing and payment processes.
• Work with Business Development Manager for successful handover.
