Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that promote our travel agency's services, destinations, and travel experiences.

The ideal candidate will increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote travel packages, tours, and services.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and partners (hotels, airlines, tourism boards) to create joint promotions.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, special offers, and destination launches.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI and campaign performance.
  • Organize promotional events, travel fairs, and influencer or media partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (travel or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
