Una empresa global de servicios profesionales busca un profesional que revise, redacte y negocie varios tipos de acuerdos contractuales con supervisión limitada. Las responsabilidades incluyen estructurar transacciones con clientes y asesorar a profesionales de la empresa sobre cuestiones contractuales. Se requiere un título en derecho, licencia para practicar en Brasil y un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia relevante. Se valora la experiencia en consultoría y outsourcing. Se ofrecen múltiples oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la industria relevante.
• Preferible experiencia en consultoría, integración de sistemas y outsourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Estructurar transacciones con los clientes para ser ventajosas desde la perspectiva contractual.
• Asesorar a profesionales de la empresa según la interpretación precisa de documentos.
• Apoyar el desarrollo de pautas internas sobre temas legales y empresariales.
• Educar a los profesionales sobre cuestiones de contratación y gestión de riesgos.
• Representar los intereses de la empresa en negociaciones.

Descripción del empleo

Job Summary

Review, draft and negotiate - with limited supervision - several types of contractual agreements, including: letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, contract amendments, subcontract agreements, services agreements, procurement agreements and requests for proposals. Assist more senior level Contracting Professionals in managing more complex work within a fast-moving corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure client transactions to be most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective
• Advise, and consult company professionals based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the facts of a business opportunity
• Support the development of internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge capital on various legal and business issues
• Educate company professionals in regard to contracting and risk management issues
• Represent the company’s interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams

Relationships

Reports to: MU Contracting Lead

Supervises: No supervisory responsibilities

External Relationships: Client Executives and negotiating teams.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in law

Authorized and licensed to practice law in Brazil

Work Experience: Minimum of 3years relevant industry experience. Consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing experience is preferred.
