A leading multinational company is seeking a Contingent Workforce Specialist in Mexico City to oversee the tracking program for contingent workers. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in recruitment management, will be fluent in English, and possess advanced Excel and PowerBI skills. Key responsibilities include managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This role offers a chance to drive improvements in processes and governance within a dynamic global environment.
Our contingent workforce provides us with the flexibility to scale talent quickly in response to changing business needs, seasonal demands, or specialized project requirements.
