The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Law, extensive experience in regulatory analysis, particularly in the EHS domain, and be adept at using digital knowledge management tools. Responsibilities include researching laws, monitoring regulations, and collaborating within the team to enhance compliance platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain.

ERM Libryo is seeking a Regulatory Content Monitor Consultant to join our growing team. We empower global organisations through a compliance platform, which clarifies their Environmental and Health and Safety obligations and supports ongoing compliance. ERM Libryo is untangling the global web of regulations by systematically organizing legal and compliance requirements within ERM Libryo Streams for our customers. We’re making relevant regulations and their frequent updates in various languages known to people at companies around the world.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into regulatory law, including identifying relevant sources of law
• Find, monitor and analyse laws and regulations that apply in various countries
• Identify new, changed and repealed laws and regulations
• Analyse law to identify detailed requirements; applicability and assessment criteria; and any other relevant information as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks in moving work forward on ERM Libryo
• Collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Law or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain and understand how EHS regulations apply at client sites such as factories and wind farms.
• Experience with digital knowledge management.
• Experience working with legislation (you know your statutes from your regulations, and your preambles from your sections).

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the EHS domain and understand how EHS regulations apply at client sites such as factories and wind farms.
• Previous experience working as a paralegal or lawyer.
