We are seeking a skilled Citrix Engineer, who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Citrix infrastructure and virtualization solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design Citrix architectures, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the stability and efficiency of our virtualization environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Citrix architectures that meet business needs.
• Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization of Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including user access, application delivery, and connectivity problems.
• Implement security measures and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of Citrix environments.
• Collaborate with system administrators and network engineers to integrate Citrix infrastructure with existing systems and networks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Citrix technologies, features, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Citrix Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC.
• Experience in designing and implementing Citrix architectures and virtualization solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Proficiency in Citrix administration tools and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus.
