With at least 6 years of recruitment experience, including US and healthcare hiring, you should excel in candidate assessment and relationship building. About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition. You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering growth and capability development to achieve exceptional results. Drive an inclusive hiring process by partnering with diverse sourcing channels and community organizations. Develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging proactive and innovative approaches. Promote a culture of excellence, delivering meaningful insights and metrics to inform process improvements. Lead employment branding initiatives, championing our organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop effective hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement data‑driven solutions to enhance candidate experience and reduce time‑to‑hire.
  • Mentor and coach recruiting teams to ensure consistency in hiring practices and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging employee value propositions and attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, including 5+ years in US hiring and 2+ years in healthcare recruitment.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach recruiting teams, with expertise in candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing.
  • Strong sourcing and creative talent generation skills, with excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
