We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief QA Engineer with proficiency in automated testing using Python to join our FinTech venture. You’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products within the financial technology domain, balancing independent work with team collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the QA scope and set the testing strategy
• Ensure software quality through Python-based automation frameworks
• Coordinate efforts with teammates and third‑party vendors to streamline QA processes
• Provide QA metrics analysis and deliver insights to clients for improvement
• Engage with client managers and development teams to ensure alignment on testing goals
• Demonstrate knowledge of testing practices in a rapidly evolving FinTech environment
• Offer technical insights to advance software quality assurance processes

Requirements

• 7+ years in software quality assurance and automated testing
• Proficiency in Python with expertise in Python Testing, Robot Framework, and Test Automation Frameworks
• Competency in Testing Strategy alongside experience with Testing Tools
• Background in software development and familiarity with building automation test suites
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in multi‑stakeholder environments

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C# and SQL for expanded software development capabilities
• Background in financial technology systems and solutions
• Capability to adapt to additional testing frameworks beyond Python
