• Owning the company's profit and loss (P&L) statement, including monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
• Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, with clear assumptions and scenario planning to support growth.
• Developing and improving the financial model and reporting structure (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Drove visibility into gross margin, contribution margin unit economics CAC/LTV cost structure
