We are seeking a Chief Automation Tester in Python to lead the automation testing efforts, ensuring exceptional quality and regulatory compliance in healthcare integration initiatives. You will oversee the creation and implementation of test automation strategies utilizing Python and Robot Framework, integrating AWS and CI/CD methodologies to deliver dependable and compliant healthcare technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed test strategies encompassing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for healthcare integration projects
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework focusing on robustness and thorough coverage
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define precise test requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for new functions and integrations
• Ensure testing workflows comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Promote best practices in automation, continuous integration, and management of test data
• Analyze test results, identify defect sources, and encourage continuous improvement of product quality
• Provide clear and timely reports on testing progress, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in test automation
• Proven expertise in planning and executing test automation for intricate healthcare integration systems
• Strong command of Python, Robot Framework, and AWS in the context of test automation
• In-depth knowledge of API testing, microservices validation, and data integration verification
• Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient English communication skills at C1 level

Nice to have

• Practical experience with cloud-based automation platforms, especially AWS
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and healthcare interoperability standards
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
• Experience with testing edge computing or Internet of Things (IoT) devices
