A leading global coatings company in Saltillo is seeking an OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONAL LEAD to drive technical service activities and ensure quality standards in automotive coatings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Automotive Coatings experience and a degree in engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team are key to success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive Coatings, particularly in top coat.
• Ability to analyze information for creating action plans.
• Good understanding of quality systems.

Overview

As an OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONAL LEAD, you will complete technical service activities to meet customer requirements. Develop actions to maintain the sustainability and profitability of the business. You will report to an Optima Solutions Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose solutions and improvements in customer processes for a thoughtful performance of our products.
• Perform database updating, control, and administration of the inventory of spare parts and tools assigned.
• Manage material inventories.
• Coordinate material supply programs.
• To control and handle the parameters of the paint lines to ensure the quality standards of the painted units
• Analyze information to resolve action plans.
• Implement good operating practices
• Work team management.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in Automotive Coatings for 2 years minimum in top coat.
• Color harmony, Launch new colors.
• Engineering degree.
• Good knowledge in QC Tool, to facilitate and process improvements.
• Quality systems.
• Intermediated English.
