A global consumer products company in Mexico City is seeking a financial partner for internal subsidiaries. The role involves managing monthly closings and ensuring financial accuracy through meticulous GL analysis. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with SAP and BPC Reporting. How You Will Make an Impact
  • You will be the trusted financial partner for multiple internal subsidiaries, ensuring their books are closed accurately and their data is actionable.
  • Owning the Close: You will drive the monthly closing cycle for low and medium complexity subsidiaries, turning raw data into finalized financial statements.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Through rigorous GL analysis and review, you will ensure every transaction is accounted for correctly. You will also manage critical salary grade 10 validations.
  • Connecting the Dots: You will manage complex Cross Company processes for our MX subsidiary and prepare necessary CFNs.
  • Delivering Insights: When the business has questions during month-end, you provide the answers through ad-hoc analysis of advertising spend, NVOs, income, and expenses.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory) and 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting cycles.
  • You navigate complex systems with ease. You have advanced skills in Excel and G‑Suite, and you know how to visualize data in DOMO.
  • You are comfortable working within SAP, specifically utilizing the Financial Closing Cockpit. Experience managing BPC Reporting is vital to this role.
  • You can articulate complex financial concepts in intermediate-to-advanced English.
  • Note: While familiarity with BPC reporting is desirable, deep functional knowledge of BPC is considered a strong asset.
