Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and strategic referral partners
- Maintain and nurture business relationships to generate qualified leads
- Schedule sales calls and support follow-ups with potential clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up documentation, and client onboarding coordination
Recruiting Coordination
- Conduct initial screening messages or calls to pre-qualify talent
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Administrative Support
- Manage CRM entries and ensure all pipeline activity is accurately tracked
- Assist with calendar scheduling for internal and client meetings
- Follow SOPs and help refine internal workflows for greater efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years experience in business development, recruiting, or account management
- Strong English fluency excellent verbal and written communication is a must :
- Proven experience with phone sales or appointment setting :
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in and managing a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, High Level)
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and timelines simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with experience using modern communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Nice To Have
- Previous experience in the staffing, recruiting, or BPO industry
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software
- Understanding of outbound sales strategy and lead generation campaigns
- Spanish or bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)
Working Hours
- Full-time schedule with at least 46 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (exact hours to be coordinated).
- Must be available to respond to messages within 10 minutes during active collaboration windows
