A leading financial services broker is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive growth in North Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Forex - CFD market and be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese with proficiency in English for internal communications. Job Description

On behalf of a well-reputable & regulated broker (CySEC, FSA, ASIC) with over 20 years of operating history, we are looking for Business Development Managers in North Asia (China, HongKong and Taiwan).

Business Development Manager positions are open to dynamic, hungry and ambitious professionals who are keen to explore rewarding earning potential in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Expand the targeted country by converting leads into clients and building relationships with both new, existing and inactive partners (if any).
  • Actively engage with traders, IBs (introducing brokers) through social platforms and related communities, with ultimate goals are acquiring new partners, or reactive them if they already have contacts in database/CRM.
  • Solid understanding of local marketing channel to promote the company's products effectively.
  • Involve in the onboarding of retail-traders, Affiliates/IBs, and Money Managers, while ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create commercial materials like content about targeted country, negotiate partnership terms, and monitor partner performance to meet KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of Forex - CFD space is a high advantage.
  • Native-Level Mandarin and/or Cantonese. English is used to communicate internally with global team from different offices like Australia, Cyprus & Malaysia.
