Formación

Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry while leading a high-performing sales team, coaching and developing them to achieve business results and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations;
  • Enable Business Developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution;
  • Develop/Maintain great business relationships with our customers;
  • Generate a deep business understanding to get insights and transform them into actionable plans;
  • Ensure the perfect execution of the commercial plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales leadership, or commercial operations, ideally in tech, consumer goods, retail or delivery;
  • Proven track record managing large, field-based sales teams results and performance driven;
  • Strategic and Data-Driven thinking and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Able to bring solutions to complex problems;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders;
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution;
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills;
  • Resilience, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment;
  • High autonomy, passion for building scalable commercial operations.
