A leading payments platform in Veracruz is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their sales team. This role involves onboarding new clients, representing the company at industry events, and achieving revenue targets through consultative engagement. Candidates should have a degree in Business Management or similar, at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, and fluency in both Spanish and English. We're looking for a proactive individual with a customer-centric approach. The position is full-time, offering opportunities for dynamic sales engagement.

Formación

As part of our LATAM Sales team, you'll serve as a key ambassador of the Paysafe brand and play a pivotal role in advancing our growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively onboard new clients and partners by leveraging existing networks and cultivating new relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking conferences to build visibility and foster connections.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across organizations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client's business model to effectively position and promote Paysafe’s solutions, driving portfolio growth and optimizing clients’ payment operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management and Marketing teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic leadership, consultative engagement, and value-driven partnerships that support the company’s overall sales objectives.
  • Continuously expand expertise in the payments industry through internal and external learning opportunities, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
  • Educational background or degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in lieu of education).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience such as sales or account management.
  • Industry experience in online payments is highly desirable—particularly within sectors such as iGaming, eSports, Gambling, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, eCommerce, or Travel.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to strategically identify and engage high-potential clients, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects to drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Eagerness to join a dynamic, high-performing sales team delivering innovative, cutting-edge card processing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong adaptability and resilience under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with conceptual thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer-centric approach with a hands-on attitude and a global perspective.
