Role - Business Analyst

Location - Remote (Argentina)

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Support process reviews, workflows, and testing activities.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during the migration.

Qualifications

Top 3 Must Haves:

1. Experience in BA role in large system migration processes
2. Banking, financial services, or credit union experience / Experience with LOS systems
3. Knowledge of BA best practices

Nice to have: Banking, financial services, or credit union experience highly preferred
