Overview

Inspired Education is seeking a Brand Executive – Americas to join our dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute brand marketing for multiple Inspired schools in the Americas, tailoring plans to each.
  • Design and implement 360° campaigns across digital, offline, social media, PR, events, and web.
  • Lead projects with strong ownership and accountability, delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze data and marketing performance, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports for school leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Schools to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
  • Support the creation and review of content and creative assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Travel as required to collaborate with schools across the region.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Strong background in both offline and digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Hands‑on professional (this role does not include direct reports).
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics and generating insights.
  • Strong writing skills and basic design capabilities (Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid mode, with school visits as required.
