Minimum Qualifications :
  • Schedule flexibility to work shifts: We operate a service center that is open from 6 am to 12 midnight, Monday to Sunday Central Time.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to constant change to meet individual and business needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail to anticipate the needs of our Customers.
  • Responds well to constructive feedback from leaders and peers, using the feedback to improve, taking ownership and responsibility for their actions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and digital tools to service our Customers.
  • Confidence to work in a virtual environment.

Compensations and Benefits :

As a Customer Care professional at American Express :
  • You will earn over $17,428 monthly, + home office allowance.
  • Plus, the potential for over $2,000 on incentives.
  • There is a 3-month paid training.
We also offer to all Amex colleagues in Mexico :
