The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a strong work ethic, and be comfortable using office software. Responsibilities include assisting visitors, supporting Care Coordinators, and managing communications. This role provides an opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Comfortable using basic office software and mobile apps.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors professionally.
• Support Care Coordinators in matching caregivers with consumers.
• Respond to urgent client/caregiver matters promptly.
