This fully remote position requires managing benefits across multiple countries, including the US, Canada, and Brazil. Responsibilities include resolving complex benefits issues, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -3 to -6 UTC hours. All of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home.
The People Services team provides our customers and team members with HR expertise and services country-by-country. You will be joining our expert Benefits team in People Services.
You will work cross-functionally with other Oyster teams such as Product, Customer Experience, Legal, and others within the Global Ops & Analytics organization to provide a fantastic benefits program for our team members, customers, and Oyster employees.
As an expert in all things benefits for your assigned countries you will assist our frontline teams with complex cases and escalations and manage the relationships we have with vendors. With your ability to solve benefits issues, you will make the complex simple!
