• To support planning, reporting, and database management for dashboards.

• The position reports hierarchically to the "Planning & Reporting Manager".

The “Planning Intern” will liaise with the following areas:

• Systems, Signaling, Partner.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration of data bases for work follow up.
• Support for progress follow-up
• Support in the elaboration of reports
• Support in the entry of progress in the planning tools.
• Support in the follow-up and generation of the main KPIs of the project.
• Support in the monthly update of the project planning.
• Support in the elaboration of project S-curves.

Job Specifications

Knowledge & Experience

• Student 8th or 9th semester from engineering school in Industrial/Manufacturing/Transport/Projects/Civil.
• Good knowledge of project management and communication protocols.
• Autonomy, motivated, initiative
• Basic level of English language.
