Associate Marketing Onco-Hematology (Fixed Term - 2 year)

What you will do

Key responsibilities

• Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
• Designs and implements promotional activities (detail aids message scripts advertising congresses etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
• Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
• Analyses market research and develop POA.
• Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials KOL development etc.)
• Recruits and handles external vendors.
• Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.
• Help to manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition development and execution of go-to-market plans from the internal readiness.
• Coordinate regular launch team meetings publishing notes and action items to team members.
• Work with the team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information vital to aid the Sales teams in optimally.

• Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree OR
• Associates degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
• High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company
• Proficient / Advanced business English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical company.
• Detailed experience in Oncology area and success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
