YOUR MISSION:

Support the Store Manager in strategic management and sales promotion to meet or exceed goals, KPIs, and profitability objectives to position PUMA effectively.

YOUR TALENT:

Responsible for ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective short- and medium-term planning, expense control, sales, and customer service.

  • Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's brand values and service standards.
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and replacing high-performing staff, managing results and team performance.
  • Spend approximately 90% of working hours on the sales floor engaging with customers, selling, and coaching employees.
  • Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Help prepare and manage performance reviews timely and effectively.
  • Manage payroll and scheduling to drive sales while ensuring high levels of customer service and store profitability.
  • Ensure completion of local and global training programs to enhance store results.
  • Assist in analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and grow the business.
  • Oversee loss prevention initiatives and awareness.
  • Handle merchandise entry and exit processes directly.
  • Achieve or surpass inventory goals; supervise and conduct physical counts.
  • Identify and communicate product opportunities to the Store Manager.
  • Support the Store Manager in executing marketing initiatives and events within budget and policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with PR and marketing teams.
