Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable reports and dashboards that address business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Enhance and optimize data architecture and data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of BI deliverables in collaboration with the BI team.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop and refine data models that support analytics and decision-making.
- Optimize data architecture and governance within Looker and underlying data sources.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design BI solutions.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards to ensure quality.
- Document BI processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource management within the BI roadmap.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL development experience.
- Proven track record in dashboard/report development, data analysis, and data modeling.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); Looker experience strongly preferred.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage; Vertex AI is a plus).
- Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis are an advantage.
- Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
