What you’ll do
  • Responsible for execution and support Global trade activities in Henkel´s standard systems and tools according the desktop procedures defined.
  • Maintaining tariff classifications for all type of materials
  • Classifying the tariff classifications on master data level for equipment and special equipment materials with appropriate support
  • Maintaining export control on master data level for equipment and special equipment materials with appropriate support
  • Releasing orders (deliveries, invoices) blocked due to the missing Foreign Trade Data
  • Calculating the Cost of opportunities and preference for the products produced in-house
  • Pre-checks of Sales orders, Stock Transfer orders and Blocked orders
  • Releasing orders (deliveries, invoices) blocked due to the missing Foreign Trade Data
  • Prepare and submit supporting documentation for origin claims (Certificate of origin/Declaration of origin)
  • Monitor and request origin documentation from suppliers
  • Communication with the vendors from all over the world
