A logistics management company based in Baja California is seeking an experienced leader for their freight control tower operations. This role involves managing logistics activities, driving cost-saving strategies, and facilitating project execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of logistics experience (3+ years in management), and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and handle complex data analysis is crucial to achieving operational excellence.
This position is responsible for leading the AME (Mexico, United States, Brazil, etc..) freight control tower by managing all logistics operation activities (Incl. order to delivery, Freight & transportation, billing, Logistics service provider management, logistics projects, etc.) and support regional level logistics planning and Cost saving strategy in order to achieve business goal and drive operational excellence.
