Job Description

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Technical Knowledge

• Design and development of advanced manufacturing processes for new products or improvements to existing ones.
• Analysis and optimization of workflows, plant layouts, and workstations.
• Selection and installation of machinery and equipment.
• Preparation of technical documentation: work instructions, process sheets, FMEA, control plans.
• Application of problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D.
• Development of fixtures and tooling for new product manufacturing using CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD).
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Strategic planning to ensure KPI achievement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
