About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Portuguese), you will play a key role in ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive relationships with customers. Your work will directly support cash flow management and help resolve disputes efficiently, contributing to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection actions.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to request payment and resolve issues.
  • Investigating and documenting disputes in the system, escalating when necessary.
  • Updating collection activities in SAP/FSCM or JD Edwards and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participating in cash calls and providing status reports on collections.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze account data and manage priorities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Proficiency in SAP/FSCM and JD Edwards.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
