About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting while helping to shape the future of our accounting operations.

You'll be a key player in driving monthly close processes, strengthening our internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Design, implement, and enhance internal controls and accounting policies to support a scalable and compliant financial environment

Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, providing insights that support decision‑making across departments

Own the coordination and execution of the annual financial audit, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors

Partner cross‑functionally on ad hoc financial and operational projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and strategic analysis

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

What You Bring

Proven experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

2+ years of experience in corporate accounting, audit, or hold a CPA

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
