A leading communication solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager III in Mexico City. You will manage key accounts across sectors, promote innovative solutions, and ensure exceptional client service. Candidates should have over 5 years of B2B consultative sales experience, in-depth knowledge of the Latin American market, and proficiency in Salesforce and other tools. This role requires advanced English communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and building long-term relationships.

Formación

  • Over 5 years experience in B2B consultative sales or account management.
  • Knowledge of CPaaS, technology, telecommunications, or e-commerce.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Latin American market.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply.

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategically-minded Account Manager III to strengthen the development of our key accounts in Latin America, contributing to sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional service experience that drives the adoption and expansion of Sinch solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts across various sectors, generating strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technological objectives, offering recommendations aligned with their goals.
  • Promote the adoption and expansion of Sinch solutions across all product lines.
  • Identify value‑added opportunities, proposing innovative solutions, new products, or services that optimize the customer experience.
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding technical updates, product roadmaps, and new functionalities.
  • Monitor account health, ensuring SLA compliance and reporting on progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • +5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales or enterprise account management, with a proven track record in high‑value closures.
  • Experience in CPaaS, technology, telecommunications, e‑commerce, or related industries.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Latin American market and its business dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
  • Customer‑oriented, with a collaborative focus and the ability to work with multifunctional internal teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and proposal generation platforms.
  • Advanced English (oral and written). Portuguese is desirable.
Desirable
  • Knowledge or experience in messaging, email, APIs, or omnichannel solutions.
  • Solid network of contacts within the Latin American corporate sector.
