Role Overview

As a Creative Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Creative Services team, ensuring the successful development and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, stunts, field production, activations and any other marketing production needs.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and procurement needs to execution and reporting—while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Procurement, legal, external vendors, and creative teams, you will ensure smooth communication and alignment across all parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Respond promptly to client needs and manage expectations throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, procurement, legal approvals, and production needs for campaigns, events, stunts, field production, activations and any other marketing production needs.
  • Verify that all required materials and information are available before project kickoff.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-time completion.
  • Track and report project status regularly to the Sr. Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with approved schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure seamless information sharing among all stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or related roles within marketing, creative services, or agency environments.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and creative production processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, procurement and legal processes and timelines.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
