The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, execution, and growth of the 1P business across Mexico markets.
The E-Commerce Manager will own optimize investment strategies, and ensure alignment with regional and global priorities.
The E-Commerce Manager will be the primary driver of sell-out performance, brand visibility, retail media strategy, and channel profitability, managing the full ecosystem while influencing internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strategic, long‑term relationship with Amazon's and Mercado Libre ´s local team in CDMX, focusing on shared growth goals and leveraging market insights, industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Drive Amazon and Mercado Libre account performance by continuously optimizing online fundamentals to enhance consumer pull, brand preference, and sales conversion.
Work closely with the Global Teams, local e-commerce managers, and Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets and share insights.
Coordinate a holistic approach with the Shark Ninja team, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain, ensuring all resources are aligned with the account's strategy.
Coordinate promotional events in collaboration, to ensure Shark Ninja maintains local prominence and discoverability.
Define and implement a local retail media strategy, creating a media project roadmap in collaboration with internal media teams and external agency partners.
Establish a performance management cadence focusing on sell‑out, analyzing metrics such as in‑house share, conversion rates, and shopper data to optimize ongoing strategy.
Measure the effectiveness of all activations, using data to inform future initiatives and continually refine the approach.
Understand and influence algorithms to enhance searchability, conversion rates, and sales growth.
Implement effective shelf management strategies, including portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to drive conversions and increase basket size.
