WOMENS ACCESSORIES MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT

Tom Ford Distribution Srl is looking for a Womens Accessories Merchandising Assistant.

Based in Sesto Fiorentino, the successful candidate will join the Women's Accessories Merchandising Team and report directly to the Director of Women's Accessories Merchandising.

This is a full-time position located primarily in Sesto Fiorentino, with travel required to our Milan showroom approximately 4 to 6 times per year.

Key responsabilities:

• Create and maintain master data files to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, supporting strategic decisions for the merchandising range plan
• Deliver weekly and monthly sell-out sales reports to monitor performance across all categories
• Track shipments and in-store deliveries on a weekly basis
• Conduct in-depth market analysis: trends, functions and price architecture
• Prepare materials for design and product meetings, track meeting outcomes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution
• Follow the collection edit process and effectively communicate updates to relevant teams
• Ensure all product information is accurate and consistently updated across all platforms.
• NuOrder portal management (update and upload of all product information, create line lists, check and upload images)
• Create exit lists
• Elaborate competitors pricing reports for the team to review against seasonal pricing architecture.
• Create product training documents that are fit for purpose and suitable for use by our Wholesale, Buying and Retail teams
• Build master orders documents used by the team to strategically frame seasonal buys in showroom
• Develop training manuals with detailed product information
• Provide product information for e-commerce copyrighting
• Ad-hoc presentations, research and admin to support team
• Oversee the management of all samples, including handling shipments and requests from Commercial, Press, Marketing, and E-commerce teams

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, fashion, marketing or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the luxury fashion sector
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong product sensitivity and passion for Women's Accessories
• Ambition to exceed goals and go the extra mile in the daily work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, PLM, and analytics software (e.g. Power BI)
