A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Test Engineer High Voltage in Milan, Italy. The candidate will perform electrical tests and quality verifications on high-voltage cables and their components. Responsibilities include testing up to 500 kV, maintaining test equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering and experience in high-voltage testing are required.

Competenze

• Experience in high-voltage testing (factory or field testing) of cables, transformers, or switchgear.
• Strong knowledge of electrical measurement principles and HV safety standards.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Perform routine and type tests on HV cables joints and terminations up to 500 kV.
• Conduct insulation resistance, partial discharge, and AC/DC withstand tests.
• Prepare and document detailed test reports.
