A dynamic tech company in Italy is seeking a Sr. Developer to work on the development of projects and transform functional analyses into technical documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 4-5 years of development experience, and knowledge of Java or Python. The role will be based in Turin or Milan and offers a hybrid working model.

Training & Certification. We're looking for a Sr. Developer.
The resource, working initially on a side-by-side approach, will also be engaged in test execution, following procedures for final configuration, participating in solution implementation and project go-live, including following the onboarding phase and intervening in case of problems if input is required.
The employee, once in the company, will participate in in-house Academy training to learn TESISQUARE(r)'s typical programming languages and development methodologies in order to master the skills necessary to perform the role.
The professional profile is completed by excellent observation skills, relationship and interaction skills, communication, empathy, problem solving and attitude to work closely with people.
The work location will be our Headquarters in Turin or Milan.
